Instructions
- Peel the onions and cut off the ends.
- In a large pot, add water, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the onions to the boiling water and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until they are tender.
- Once done, drain the onions and toss them with olive oil and optional seasonings.
