- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound them to a uniform thickness of about 0.5 – 0.75 inches.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning mix.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken in the casserole dish and top each piece with a slice of butter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For added browning, broil for an additional 1-3 minutes.
