A creamy dessert that combines heavy cream with the tangy flavor of passionfruit for a tropical twist.

- 300ml heavy cream
- 80g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 55ml passionfruit juice
- Pinch of salt
- Black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the cream starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla bean paste and passionfruit juice. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle with black sesame seeds for garnish.
Notes
To achieve the best texture, avoid boiling the cream and stir gently after removing from heat.
