- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate brownie batter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix until well blended.
- Gradually stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the cookie dough and place it on a baking sheet.
- Add a small dollop of brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
- Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the brownie batter into the cookie dough.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature; pairs well with milk or ice cream.
