Description

Delicious cookies that combine creamy peanut butter with a rich brownie swirl, featuring soft centers and chewy edges.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate brownie batter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and mix until well blended.
  4. Gradually stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of the cookie dough and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Add a small dollop of brownie batter on top of the cookie dough.
  7. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the brownie batter into the cookie dough.
  8. Bake for about 10–12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
