- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (or sprinkles for decoration)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or your choice of mix-ins.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool before serving. You can dust them with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Dough can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
