Description

A refreshing cocktail combining fresh raspberries, Moscato wine, and vodka, perfect for summer gatherings or any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar (optional)
  • 4 ounces Moscato wine
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves and extra raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the raspberries and sugar (if using).
  2. Mash with a muddler or the back of a spoon to create a juicy puree.
  3. For a smoother drink, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  4. Add the raspberry puree, Moscato wine, and vodka to a cocktail shaker.
  5. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, seal it, and shake well for about 15 seconds to blend the flavors.
  6. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  7. Strain the cocktail mixture evenly into the glasses.
  8. Pour ½ cup sparkling water or club soda into each glass for a bubbly finish.
  9. Add a sprig of mint and a few fresh raspberries to each glass.
