Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and red food coloring, mixing until uniform.

  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.

  9. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the tops are crinkled.
  11. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
