Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into thick slices or ‘steaks.’
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
