- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup white fish, cut into pieces
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, and white fish.
- In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Add the seafood mixture to the soup and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter, then spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some herbs like thyme or dill. Serve hot with a side salad or crusty bread. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
