Description

A creamy and cheesy seafood casserole packed with shrimp, crab, and white fish, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup white fish, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, and white fish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth. Add the seafood mixture to the soup and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter, then spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add some herbs like thyme or dill. Serve hot with a side salad or crusty bread. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
