Description

A delightful combination of shrimp, mussels, clams, and fish fillets simmered in a flavorful broth for a taste of the ocean.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound mussels, cleaned
  • 1 pound clams, cleaned
  • 1 pound fish fillets (like salmon or cod)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Add the mussels and clams to the pot. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the shells open up.
  5. Once the shellfish is cooked, add the shrimp and fish fillets. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and opaque.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread and lemon wedges for dipping.
