Description

A delightful seafood pasta dish combining tender pasta with assorted seafood in a rich, buttery garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb assorted seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer, then add the assorted seafood.
  5. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the seafood and sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. Adjust the garlic and wine to taste.
