Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
- 1 lb assorted seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer, then add the assorted seafood.
- Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the seafood and sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. Adjust the garlic and wine to taste.
