- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the lasagna noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll it up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), cover the dish with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Feel free to substitute with different seafood or cheeses to suit your taste. Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
