Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and lemon juice to the pan, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure the skillet is hot before adding the chicken to get a nice sear. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or asparagus during the last few minutes of cooking for a complete meal.
