- 9 pack slider buns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns into the lined baking sheet.
- Divide the chicken filling evenly between all the buns. Top the filling with cheese and close with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden and the cheese has melted.
- Cut into sliders and serve immediately while still hot.
Notes
For a crunchier texture, consider adding chopped celery or carrots to the chicken mixture. Adjust the spice level by using more or less hot sauce according to taste.
