Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Butter (optional, for brushing buns)
- Celery and blue cheese (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until it’s well coated.
- Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
- Put the top half of the slider bun on each slider.
- (Optional) Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm with celery and blue cheese on the side.
Notes
Use freshly cooked shredded chicken for the best texture and flavor. You can customize the sliders with different types of cheese or proteins.
