Instructions

- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, followed by the diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Simmer for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a creamier version, add heavy cream or coconut milk during the simmering step.
