- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve over cooked rice, drizzled with additional sauce if desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
