Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes in a bowl to form a sauce.
  2. Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken, stir to coat, and let simmer until thickened.
  6. Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Add noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine with chicken and sauce.
  8. Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
