- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup strawberry frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and strawberry jam until evenly distributed.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting with strawberry frosting.
