- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup strawberry frosting
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until combined.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely, then spread the strawberry frosting on top.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the frosting.
- Cut into squares and serve.
