Description

Strawberry brownies are a delightful twist on traditional brownies, combining rich, fudgy texture with the sweet flavor of strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup strawberry frosting
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely, then spread the strawberry frosting on top.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the frosting.
