- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with sea salt before baking. Experiment with different types of chocolate chips or cake mix flavors.
