Description

Delightful bites combining the sweetness of strawberries with creamy cake and smooth chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla cake (or cake mix)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cake and cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Slowly add the strawberry puree and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  7. Place the truffles back on the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate hardens.
  8. Chill until the chocolate sets, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is really soft for easier mixing. Chill adequately to hold shape while dipping. Use a small amount of vegetable oil to thin out the chocolate if needed.
