- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup crushed vanilla cake (or cake mix)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cake and cream cheese until well blended.
- Slowly add the strawberry puree and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the truffles back on the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate hardens.
- Chill until the chocolate sets, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is really soft for easier mixing. Chill adequately to hold shape while dipping. Use a small amount of vegetable oil to thin out the chocolate if needed.
