Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
- Drop a tablespoon of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let them cool on a wire rack.
Notes
To enhance flavor, use fresh, ripe strawberries. For thicker cookies, consider chilling the dough for about 30 minutes before baking.
