Description

Delicious cookies blending the flavors of strawberry and creamy cheesecake, offering a soft and chewy texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips if using.
  6. Drop a tablespoon of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let them cool on a wire rack.

Notes

To enhance flavor, use fresh, ripe strawberries. For thicker cookies, consider chilling the dough for about 30 minutes before baking.
