Description

Delightful cookies blending strawberry cake flavor with creamy Hershey Kisses in the center, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix (about 1516 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 23 Hershey Kisses, unwrapped
  • A splash of whole milk (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until the dough is well blended.
  3. If the dough seems too thick, add a splash of whole milk to soften it.
  4. Scoop the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Gently press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each dough ball.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
