- 1 box strawberry cake mix (about 15–16 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 23 Hershey Kisses, unwrapped
- A splash of whole milk (if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until the dough is well blended.
- If the dough seems too thick, add a splash of whole milk to soften it.
- Scoop the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Gently press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each dough ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Dough can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
