Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and corn starch. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers look slightly underbaked.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
