Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
