- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
