Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the broccoli and peas, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the turkey and vegetable mixture, stirring to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the teriyaki turkey mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding garlic or ginger when cooking the turkey. If you want more veggies, consider adding bell peppers or carrots.
