- 1 1/2 cups White sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 cups Icing sugar
- 1 cup Unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1–2 tablespoons Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Pink food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the cupcake tin with liners. Gather all ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Combine both mixtures until smooth, then pour into the cupcake liners.
- Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once the cupcakes have cooled, beat the softened unsalted butter and icing sugar together. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream to achieve the desired consistency. Mix in the pink food coloring.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes.
Notes
Ensure butter is softened properly before mixing. Avoid overmixing the batter to prevent density. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
