Delightfully sweet and chewy cookies combining the flavors of Oreos and M&M’s, perfect for celebrating love on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
- In a medium bowl, cream the butter and both sugars together until smooth.
- Add in the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt; add this to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Gently fold in the M&M’s and chopped Oreo pieces.
- Use a large cookie scoop to portion out the cookie dough into approximately 10 equal cookies.
- Place dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes, allowing them to cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Cookies can be served on their own or with milk/ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
