Description

A delicious blend of white chocolate and sugar cookie mix, this fudge is creamy and festive, perfect for Valentine’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Whisk in sugar cookie mix and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until set.
  7. Cut into squares and top with the remaining sprinkles.

Store in an airtight container. Can be made a day in advance.
