Description

A delightful treat combining the flavors of classic sugar cookies and creamy fudge, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix (such as Betty Crocker)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized double boiler, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  2. Heat on medium heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes to ensure everything is fully melted and well mixed.
  4. Remove from heat, keeping it on the double boiler, and add the vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles. Mix well.
  5. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray well with cooking spray.
  6. Transfer the fudge to the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Press the remaining sprinkles into the top of the fudge and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  8. Once hardened, lift it out of the baking dish and cut it into pieces.
  9. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
  10. Transfer almond bark to a zippered bag, cut the tip off, and drizzle over the fudge, or use a fork to drizzle if preferred.
  11. Let it cool completely and enjoy.

Notes

Make sure to stir continuously while melting to avoid burning the chocolate. Use good quality chocolate for the best flavor.
