Description

Delightful cookies combining sweet M&M’s, crunchy pretzels, and salty potato chips for a playful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup potato chips
  • 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Valentine’s Day sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, dark brown sugar, and white sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for about two minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg yolks and vanilla, mixing on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about two minutes.
  4. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Add the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzel pieces, and sprinkles. Gently fold them in until combined.
  6. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, placing six cookies per sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, ideally for about 12 minutes.
  7. If cookies flatten, gently press them down with a cup around the 10-minute mark, then bake for another 2-3 minutes until the edges are light golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for five minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
