- 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup potato chips
- 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, dark brown sugar, and white sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for about two minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg yolks and vanilla, mixing on medium speed until pale and fluffy, about two minutes.
- Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Add the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzel pieces, and sprinkles. Gently fold them in until combined.
