How to Serve White Chicken Chili

Serve your White Chicken Chili hot in bowls. You can add toppings such as shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, avocado slices, or crunchy tortilla chips. Pair it with some warm bread or cornbread for a complete meal. This chili can also be a great filling for burritos or served over rice for a different twist.

How to Store White Chicken Chili

To store your leftover chili, let it cool down completely. Place it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you want to keep it longer, you can freeze the chili for up to 3 months. When ready to eat, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight and reheat on the stove or in the microwave.

Tips to Make White Chicken Chili

  • For extra flavor, use homemade chicken broth if you have it.
  • You can adjust the spice levels by adding more or less chili powder, or even adding jalapeños for heat.
  • If you want a thicker chili, mash some of the beans in the pot before adding the broth.

Variation

If you want to change things up, you can add corn or diced bell peppers to the chili for added texture and sweetness. You can also experiment with different types of beans or even add some crushed tomatoes for a different flavor profile.
