Description

Delightful truffles combining the sweetness of white chocolate and the refreshing zest of orange, perfect for snacking and desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Zest of one orange
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the orange extract and orange zest.
  4. Fold in the crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  7. Dust the truffles with powdered sugar.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
