Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the orange extract and orange zest.
- Fold in the crushed graham crackers until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Dust the truffles with powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
