- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine olive oil and minced garlic.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Use immediately on pizzas, for dipping, or with pasta dishes.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, simmer longer. Add red pepper flakes for more spice if desired.
