- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine tuna, shrimp, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, peas, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top, followed by breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure to drain the tuna well to avoid extra moisture in the casserole.
