Description

A creamy and cheesy seafood casserole featuring shrimp and tuna, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for topping
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine tuna, shrimp, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, peas, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top, followed by breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Make sure to drain the tuna well to avoid extra moisture in the casserole.
